Terms and Conditions
This version applies from 25 September 2026 and replaces the 17 September 2026 version. What changed: the AI features and their credits, including credits for proposal page copy, the phone app, where published pages are stored, and the Contact the SiteFrenz team button.
This is a translation provided for convenience. Where the two differ, the Indonesian version is the one that applies.
By buying or using SiteFrenz you agree to the terms on this page. If there is anything you do not agree with, do not complete the purchase. Ask us first — the number is below.
1. Who you are buying from
SiteFrenz is a product of Alices Technology, based in Malang, East Java, Indonesia. All payments are processed by Midtrans on behalf of Alices Technology, so that is the name you will see on the payment screen and on your statement.
Official contacts: +62 899 4980 352 (WhatsApp) and sitefrenz@gmail.com.
2. What you are buying
You are buying a 12-month licence to use the SiteFrenz Chrome extension. You are not buying the software, not buying the source code, and gaining no right to resell, rent out, or distribute it.
The term runs from the moment payment is confirmed. If you renew before it ends, the days left are not lost: the new period is added on to the old end date.
That includes one subdomain on sitefrenz.web.id and 5 pages you can publish under it. That capacity can be raised with add-on packages, and each package also extends your subscription. The full rules for published pages are in section 6.
Proposal pages for prospects and your own profile page do not count against those 5 pages. The quota only counts pages you sell to clients.
AI credits. AI features such as opportunity analysis, proposal page copy and WhatsApp reply drafts use credits. One proposal uses 4 credits for up to ten findings, plus one credit for every five findings after that. The credits in each plan are listed on the home page. Credits are not money: they cannot be exchanged, moved to another account, or refunded. When they run out, the AI features stop until you add credits, while leads, kits and everything else keep working, and proposal pages still publish with the default copy. An analysis or proposal copy already made for exactly the same content does not use credits again, and credits are returned when the AI fails to write it.
3. Price and payment
The price is on the home page and is final for one 12-month period. No hidden fees, no per-lead charges, and no automatic billing. If you want to carry on after a year, you buy again by hand. We do not store your card details.
We may change the price at any time, but a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
4. Account and devices
There is no password. You sign in to the extension with the email you bought with, plus a one-time code we send to it. Keeping access to that inbox is your responsibility, because anyone who can open it can get into your licence.
One licence covers at most 3 computers at a time, plus a phone using the web app at client.sitefrenz.web.id, which has its own allowance. You can release an old device yourself when signing in, without contacting us.
5. What you may not do
- Sharing licence access with anyone beyond your own 3 devices, including by forwarding a sign-in code.
- Reselling, renting out, or sharing the licence, the extension, or its source code.
- Taking apart, modifying, or working around the licensing mechanism.
- Using the data you collect for unsolicited bulk messaging, fraud, or anything else unlawful.
If our system sees a strong pattern of licence sharing we suspend access temporarily, and we always email you with the reason. A suspension can be lifted. If you think it is wrong, reply to that email.
6. The pages you publish
SiteFrenz gives you somewhere to publish sample pages on a subdomain of your own, for example namamu.sitefrenz.web.id/nama-klien. What you need to understand before you use it:
- This is a preview surface, not production hosting. The pages are deliberately kept out of search engines. For a site a client genuinely relies on, put it on the client's own domain.
- Only static files are accepted: HTML, CSS, JavaScript that runs in the visitor’s browser, images and fonts. No database, no server-side code, and nothing runs on our servers.
- What is on the page is yours, and your responsibility. By publishing it you confirm you have the right to everything on it — the text, the images, the logo, and the business name you used — and that none of it infringes anyone else's rights.
- We keep a copy. Page contents are kept in our storage (our server and Cloudflare R2) so they can be served, restored and taken down. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
- Pages stop being served once your licence ends. There is a 30-day grace period first, and we do not delete the contents — the moment you renew, the page comes back exactly as it was.
7. Using your own domain
You may point your own domain at a page you publish. The feature is free, and precisely because it is free the limits have to be stated plainly.
- You must prove the domain is yours by adding the TXT record we give you. Without it no certificate is issued and nothing goes live.
- You are the publisher, not us. What is on your domain is yours and entirely your responsibility. We only serve the files you upload.
- You warrant that the domain and everything on it are yours to use, and that neither infringes anyone's rights or any applicable law.
- No availability guarantee. No SLA, no uptime promise, no guaranteed backups. If that domain carries something genuinely critical for your business or your client's, use hosting that sells a guarantee — we do not.
- Pages on a custom domain can be indexed by search engines, unlike our subdomain. That is the point of it, and it is also why section 8 bites harder here.
Indemnity. If a third party sues, demands payment from, or takes legal action against us over a domain you pointed at this service or over what is on the page — including trade marks, copyright, fraud, or someone else's personal data — you carry it entirely: the loss, the legal costs, and the settlement. We may choose our own counsel in such a matter, and you may not settle on our behalf without our written agreement.
This obligation survives the end of your subscription, for anything that happened while it was running.
8. What you may not publish
This list is not a formality, and it applies equally to our subdomain and to your own domain. One phishing page on our subdomain is enough to get sitefrenz.web.id blocked by Google Safe Browsing, and that kills every other user's page at once. On a custom domain it is our IP address that gets tainted. That is why enforcement is hard.
- Pages that impersonate a bank, a digital wallet, a marketplace, a government service, or any brand — including using their logo and look to ask for data.
- Pages that ask for a password, PIN, OTP, card number, or any other secret. Our system automatically refuses a page containing a password field.
- Malware, crypto miners, or automatic redirects used to hide where a visitor is really going.
- Content that breaks Indonesian law: gambling, pornography, fraud, illegal drugs, hate speech, or copyright infringement.
- Publishing in another business's name without their permission, unless it is a sample you show them directly.
We may take a page down at any time without prior notice if we judge its contents to breach this section, endanger visitors, or threaten our domain's reputation. For serious breaches we can also end licence access with no refund.
We email you after a takedown, with the reason. We do not delete the page's contents, so if you think we got it wrong, reply to that email and we look again.
Abuse reports: sitefrenz@gmail.com. We respond within one working day.
9. The data you collect is your responsibility
SiteFrenz reads business information that is already public in Google Maps results, in your own browser. That data is stored on your device. If you turn on phone sync, we also keep a copy so you can open it from your phone, as described in the Privacy Policy. Wherever a copy sits, the data remains yours and your responsibility.
Because that data is in your hands, you are responsible for how you store it and how you make contact, including compliance with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law and any other rules that apply. We cannot and will not be responsible for how you use it.
10. No guarantee of results
SiteFrenz is a tool. We do not promise you will win clients, earn a particular amount, or do either within a particular time. Anyone promising you a figure like that is making it up.
Nor do we control Google Maps, Shopee, Tokopedia or WhatsApp Web. If any of them changes its layout or structure, some features may stop working for a while until we adapt. We will try to fix it as quickly as we can, but we cannot guarantee it.
What AI writes is a draft, not a statement from us. Opportunity analysis, the strategy in the website kit, proposal page copy, CV reading and WhatsApp reply drafts are written by AI. We constrain it to facts read from the listing and forbid it from naming prices, but AI can still be wrong, overstate, or misunderstand. Read it before you send it to a prospect or publish it. Once you send or publish it, its contents are your responsibility.
Contact the SiteFrenz team. If you pass a prospect’s needs to our team through that button, the job is agreed separately: what gets done, the price, and any split of the proceeds. Pressing the button does not create an agreement of any kind.
11. Referral programme
Anyone can join, whether or not they have ever bought SiteFrenz. You sign up with an email, we give you a code, and that code becomes your link.
- Commission is calculated on the money that actually arrived, not the list price. If the buyer used a promo code, the commission drops with it. A purchase that came to zero earns nothing.
- One referral, one commission. Only the first purchase by someone you brought in earns anything. Their renewal and any add-on packages do not.
- The amount is locked in when the purchase settles. The percentage in force at that moment is used, and recorded as a fixed rupiah figure. If we later change the percentage or the price, nothing already recorded moves — up or down.
- Rounded down. The leftover fraction is not paid out.
- Commission is held for 14 days from the purchase before it can be withdrawn. That window exists in case the payment is reversed or disputed.
- Minimum withdrawal Rp 50,000. You request it from the referral page and we transfer it by hand to the account you give us.
- Referring yourself does not count. A purchase made with the referrer's own email earns no commission.
- If a purchase is reversed after its commission was recorded, that commission is taken back out of your balance. Money already transferred is never chased, but your balance can go negative and the next withdrawal waits until it recovers.
- What forfeits your commission. If we find any of these, your referral account is suspended and the whole unwithdrawn balance is lost:
- Buying through your own link, including under another email or identity.
- Opening more than one referral account for yourself.
- Staging referrals that are not real — shell accounts, purchases you funded yourself, or reciprocal-referral deals set up purely to harvest commission.
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages, or posting your link somewhere that forbids it.
- Passing yourself off as SiteFrenz, claiming to work for us, or promising things we do not promise.
- Buying paid ads under the SiteFrenz brand without our written permission.
- Commission we have already transferred is never clawed back, even if your account is forfeited. Only what is still unwithdrawn is lost.
- The percentage, the minimum withdrawal, and the hold period can change at any time. A change only applies to referrals after it.
- We may close this programme at any time. If that happens, new sign-ups stop and new referrals stop earning — but the balance you have already earned stays yours and stays withdrawable. Closing the programme is not a way for us to cancel what you have already earned.
- Your own tax is your responsibility on the commission you receive.
- Do not advertise SiteFrenz misleadingly, do not send unsolicited bulk messages, and do not present yourself as SiteFrenz or as part of us.
12. Limits of liability
So far as the law allows, Alices Technology's liability for any loss connected with SiteFrenz is capped at the subscription fee you paid for the current period.
These terms do not reduce your rights as a consumer under Indonesian Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection.
13. Purchases are final
We do not refund for a change of mind, a mistaken purchase, or deciding after trying it that it is not for you.
The reason is simple. SiteFrenz is software you download and use the moment payment is confirmed. Once access opens, it is on your computer and cannot be taken back the way a physical product can.
That is why we spell everything out as clearly as we can before you pay, including who this tool suits and who it does not. Read it first. If you are still unsure, ask on WhatsApp before buying, not after. We would rather answer ten questions than sell to someone who does not need it.
What stays our responsibility, refunded in full with no argument:
- Your payment went through but your access never activated because of a fault on our side, and we could not fix it.
- You would be paid twice for the same period.
These terms do not reduce your rights as a consumer under Indonesian Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection, nor remove your right to raise a dispute with the payment provider or your card issuer.
14. Termination
You can stop at any time by not renewing. We can end access if you breach sections 5, 7, or 8, and if that happens we email you the reason.
15. Changes to these terms
These terms can change. If a change is meaningful, we email the address on file at least 14 days before it takes effect. No change is retroactive for a period you have already paid for.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute is settled by discussion first. If that fails, it goes to the courts of the city of Malang.
